Physical Requirements: Paddleboarding is low-impact, but participants should feel comfortable standing and paddling.

Cancellation Policy:

A 48-hour notice is required for cancellations. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable due to limited capacity. Weather-related cancellations will either be rescheduled or refunded.
